Internal Server Error (AppServ)

Hola gente como veran soy nuevo aqui, lo que queria hacer es instalar PHPBB XS2 en mi pc pero no logro hacerlo me aparece este error

Borra el archivo .httaccess

muchisimas gracias amigo lo pude instalar pero despues de llenar los datos que me pide me aparce este error

Ha ocurrido un error tratando de actualizar la Base de Datos
Field 'cat_desc' doesn't have a default value
