foro en español

need your help,
i installed for my customer español foro.
but when i enter the forum to write a new topic as admin or normal user the button "new topic" is not there
can some one advice ?

just upload the buttons for the templates you use there. For example:

but in Español it doesnt

After uploading the Spanish buttons clean the cache.
