just upload the buttons for the templates you use there. For example:
subsilver2: https://www.ohloh.net/p/phpbb-es/download?filename=subsilver2_es.tar.gz
prosilver: https://www.ohloh.net/p/phpbb-es/download?filename=prosilver_es.tar.gz
If you have other templates try searching the buttoms here ...

i installed for my customer español foro.
but when i enter the forum to write a new topic as admin or normal user the button "new topic" is not there
can some one advice ?
