Me han hackeado el foro

¿QUé tal estamos?
Primero que nada desearos a todos felices fiestas 
Hace tiempo que no me paso por aquí por motivos de estudio y personales.
Espero que me puedan ayudar con este gran problema que me he encontrado.
Hace unos días que no entro a mi foro, y al entrar me encuentro esto:
Metería un back-up de mi foro pero es que no tengo ni idea de cuando han hecho eso y la verdad es que no sé como lo han podido hacer
Me podéis ayudar por favor? como puedo quitar eso?
Espero que me puedan AYUDAR, POR FAVOR!!!!
