¿Qué recuerdas haber hecho en el foro antes de aparecer este error?
He instalado el KTVM PORTAL y he seguido todos los pasos tal y como indica el archivo de instalación
¿Qué has realizado para intentar resolver el problema?
Ver el código de los archivos donde da el error pero no doy con el.

Hola buenas, he instalado el KTVM PORTAL y he seguido todos los pasos tal y como indica el archivo de instalación, pero algo no va bien pues en la cabecera de mi web, me sale esto
Además en el panel de administración cuando quiero activar el KTVM PORTAL e intento ir al panel de administracion (ACP) me sale pantalla en blanco y estos errores en la cabecera:
