te vas a donde dice ubicación de htacces y le das en si y luego enviar

y pegas el código lo guardas como .htacces, si por cualquier razón no te permite guardarlo, puedes usar el .htacces que viene en el paquete 3.0.7 pl1, no el de tu foro si no uno recien desempaquetado.
una vez guardado te vas a tu ftp a la carpeta forum y lo pegas.
listo, verás que funciona.
