error actualizando a 3.1.6Tema Solucionado

hola, ya actualice a la nueva versión con éxitos, pero en ACP me sale un error debug que acontinuaciòn lo expondré, pero no se si realice un paso mal al descargar la ultima versión del lenguaje "es" para poder modificar los archivos en la actualización, lo del error es que me desordeno el ACP pondré una captura, cual será la solución.
