error en link de twitter al compartir un tema

Tengo un problema con el boton de twitter para compartir un tema del foro en twitter con su respectivo link del tema y titulo.
Al twittear, lo reconoce, pero transforma el link del post agregandole otra direccion
Como marque ahi, me agrega la carpeta /portal
en vez de dejar el link original http://laplatapolitica.com.ar/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17
y lo comparte en twitter, pero con el link modificado:
http://laplatapolitica.com.ar/portal/vi ... p?f=2&t=17
y asi no funciona.
me tira este error:
