Ayuda con Bank Hack

Resulta que usando este mod, cuando voy al banco mediante el link, me sale este mensaje en la cabecera.
La linea 69 de bank.php dice:
Lo que me resulta extraí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?±o es que tengo otros foros en donde tambien lo tengo instalado y en ellos no tengo ningun problema de este tipo.

í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?¿Cual serí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í? el problema? Igual puedo entrar al banco, pero en la cabecera sale el molesto cartelito ese que dije anteriormente.header ('Pragma: no-cache');
