Ayuda... mi foro está hecho un desastre

No salen bien los botones para acceder, falla el registro de nuevos usuarios, no se puede acceder a las páginas siguientes cuando hay más de una en un tema... Bueno muchas cosas.
En el panel de administrador, en el apartado de "sistema" sale esta lista de errores:

Intento actualizar a una nueva versión y dice que no puede acceder a al base de datos, y no he modificado nada en la base de datos...
Alguien me puede decir cual es el error?
