Problema: No permite registrar usuarios

MODs instalados: El de cumpleaí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?±os,horoscopo chino, horoscopo, genero, respuesta rapida, Topics Description, entre otros... ultimamente aí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?±adidos Global Announcement, Split Topics Types y el Integrate Topics Description and Split Topics Type.

Desde septiembre que no aí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?±adia nuevos mods al foro pues la pí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?¡gina estí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?¡ en construccií?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?³n, cree un usuario de Prueba y todo funcionaba perfectamente, segí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?ºn recuerdo lo cree para saber si no fallaba nada y todo estaba perfecto, en estos í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?ºltimos dí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Âas he aí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?±adido los MODs que indique arriba y al parecer todo habí?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Âa salido bien
, pero me he dado cuenta que a la hora de intentar registrar un nuevo usuario sale el error que pongo al final del post. Tambií?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?©n, como explico en este tema el Split Topics Type anda bien, pero falta algo: Separar los "Anuncios" de los "Anuncios Generales".
Ya he buscado informacií?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?³n sobre este error y no he encontrado algo que mesolucione el problema y he checado varias veces la instalacií?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?³n de los í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?ºltimos MODs pero no encuentro nada =(. Ojala pudieran ayudarme.
