Sobrecarga Del Servidor De Hosting?

Amigos,
Tanto en PHPBB2 como en PHPBB3 mi proveedor(que se que no es el mejor, pero lo elegi por costos) amenaza con clausurar mi sitio(ya lo suspendio mas de una vez) por que me informa que hay momentos donde hay muchas consultas SQL. Me adjunta el detalle:
Yo por el detalle no obtengo ninguna conclusion. Ustedes podrian ayudarme???
O como podria hacer para que no suceda mas esto?
