Centrar El Footer Con Barra De Afiliados

Hola ¿qué tal? Otra vez necesito vuestra ayuda
Quería poner en mi foro una barra para los afiliados en el footer, use el codigo que dan en esta pagina:

Pero mi problema es que se me mueve el footer T__T y me gustaría que alguien me ayudase a ponerlo bien ^^ y si no es mucha molestia, ¿como pongo los afiliados para que se desplazen de derecha a izquierda?

Si tienes una copia de los archivos antes de MODificarlos (Que deberías...), vuelve a hacer las MODificaciones, porque tienes que haber puesto algún código mal... En el mío funciona perfectamente

Sergini, algo estoy haciendo mal
pero no sé el qué, probé a ponerlo en otros sitios, pero siempre se descuadra el footer, no sé si será algo del style, no entiendo mucho o mejor dicho nada de esto T_T
Si alguien me puede ayudar estaré muy agradecida

Muchas gracias Sergini, pero ocurre lo mismo, bueno al menos gracias al código conseguí meter una barrita desplazándose aunque sea sin marquito, con eso me doy por satisfecha.
