Error con Mod admin_userlist-161

Saludos.

Estoy instalando el mod admin_userlist-161, y me da este error que segun entiendo dice que no encuentra That's all Folks!, revise el archivo en cuestií?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?Â?í?³n y si tiene ese texto, que debo hacer para que no me salga este error, y por cierto esto de warning porque sale casi siempre me dijeron una ves que eso no importaba que no le parara, es verdad o no, gracias por todo.

Mas de lo mismo con el CHMOD (que ya te e comentado en otro tema)

Instala a mano, esto es un sitio donde se intenta ayudar, [acronym="EasyMOD"]EM[/acronym] en teoria lo hace todo, pero si esta bien preparado.
