error al mandar mensajes

hola cuando mando un mensaje entre usuarios me da el siguiente error como lo puedo solucionar

Tu servidor tiene deshabilitada la funcion PHP fsockopen() en su php.ini, con lo cual el hosting elegido, no es el mas "apto", tendras que cambiar la configuracion de Email del foro, hay temas sobre eso, te toca buscar.

the kuka puedo instalar mi propio server DE Smpt y si lo instalo como lo hago ya que mi web hoting no tiene uno
