Buenas, de vez en cuando al crear/responder un mensaje me salta el siguiente error:

Son errores diferentes, el primero es por una mala codificación de en la base de datos, pero es complicado solucionarlo, si te fijas dice que que es al entrar un carácter '\xF1o, como nos dices, no siempre pasa...
Cuando pase, debes mirar parcialmente donde es que falla, hay algún carácter especial que no esta siendo reconocido por la base de datos.

El otro error lo que esta diciendo es que hace falta el archivo scripts_footer.html, o lo estas llamando desde otro archivo y al no existir, pues muestra el error.
