Traducción de registro

Bueno mi duda es que cuando se registran sale los terminos de registro asi:

y tambien los botones de aceptar y no aceptar salen en ingles..

Como cambio eso en español..?

Igual es extraño, si el foro esta configurado en el idioma español no tienen porque salir los términos del registro en inglés
