Problema con Prime Quick Reply

Hola, este es mi primer post de pedido soporte.
Hace poco que estoy en esto del PHPBB· y estoy modificandolo, o agregandole algunas cositas
En primer lugar, decir que en la busqueda, me tiro un tema de soporte sobre este mod, pero mi problema es otro.
En segundo lugar, he descargado e intentado instalar este mod descargado desde aqui http://www.phpbb-es.com/foro/prime-quic ... .html#wrap

He copiado todos los archivos, y he editado todos, excepto uno, porque no encuentro la linea.

Se que el mod dice ser para Prosilver y subsilver, asi que queria ver si me podian ayudar a adaptarlo al x-treme

holas, seguiste bien los pasos de instalacion del archivo install.xml? segun he visto tu estilo esta basado en subsilver2 asi que tienes que copiar el contenido de la carpeta \root\styles\subsilver2 dentro de la carpete de tu estilo, en este caso x-treme y seguir los pasos de instalacion para tu estilo que se indican en este archivo /contrib/template subsilver2.xml

OH Dios, ni idea de eso.
Es que hasta ahora, solo seguia las instrucciones de los instaladores standard y funcionaban.
Necesito profundizar, es decir.
Copio los archivos que dice el instalador standard y edito los que estan en el instalador que mencionas, o simlemente, sigo los pasos del archivo que tu me indicas, osea este contrib/template subsilver2.xml ?

No encontre el boton de esditar o quizas no tenga permisos, asi que lo pondre asi.

Ya funciona el mod, solo que no se en que sector del panel de administracion encontrarlo, y si es posible modificar, ya que me sale arriba del mensaje ya colocado, en ves de debajo como en este foro :s.

yo recuerdo que una vez instale el mod este pero encontre otro llamado evil quick reply y tenia un boton al lado del boton de responder y era muchos mas vistoso.

BUeno, aqui es donde me doy por vencido.
He seguido el enlace que dices del evil_quick_reply
Lo he desacragado, desinstale el anterior.
he seguido todos los pasos del instal que dice el tutorial:

Para instalar el MOD leer el install.xml, y después prosilver.xml o subsilver2.xml dependiendo de las plantillas usadas.
Tras esto, limpiar cache de Temas, Plantillas, y Galería de imágenes en el ACP.

pero cuando llego a esta parte:

el archivo subsilver2 no se lee con el firefox como el install, por lo que abro la carpeta que lo contiene, veo que trae una carpeta subsilver 2 con 2 carpetas con imagenes, asi que las copio a los lugares correspondientes, pero no me funciona, ni aparece en el panel de administracion.

La verdad es que ya lo habia leido, desde la instalacion de mi primer mod.
Por lo que leo, he seguido los pasos alie de la letra, solo que, como mencione en el post anterior, el problema esta en el archivo subsilver2.xml que no deja leerse con el explorador.
